President Luis Abinader named Frank Hans Dannenberg Castellanos as the new Dominican ambassador to Russia. Dannenberg for years had been the Dominican ambassador in India.
Other appointments are Alejandro Arias Zarzuela to Peru, Faruk Miguel to Haiti, Sandra Macebo to Honduras,
Also Julio César George Encarnación top El Salvador, Manuel Morales Lama to Egypt, and Elvis Antonio Alam Lora to Turkey.
