Mapfre Group and BHD Leon announced the alliance between the two financial groups to improve services offered to those on the ARS Palic medical plan. The companies announced that Mapfre Group has acquired 51% of the ARS Palic from Centro Financiero BHD Leon. The insurance company will now be called Mapfre Salud ARS.
