Microsoft contracted FrontierView, a global consultant and intelligence firm, to look at the Dominican economic recovery prospects for 2021 and give recommendations. It has released the report, “Roadmap to the Economic Recovery for the Dominican Republic” with the findings.
According to the report, infrastructure construction projects, mining, the pharmaceutical sector and medical technology are the sectors that will recover the fastest in 2021. The report says that housing and commercial construction, commerce (durable and non-durable goods), manufacturing, and the tourism sector will not recover yet to former levels in 2021.
