The Dominican Winter Professional Baseball Championship semifinals will be played between the Aguilas Cibaeñas, Gigantes del Cibao, Toros del Este and Estrellas Orientales. The Estrellas Orientales defeated the Leones del Escogido twice in the 3-2 series to win the last slot in the semifinals. The two capital city teams, the Leones del Escogido and Tigres del Licey did not make the cut.
