The Migration Agency (DGM) announced the postponing of the exclusive use of the digital ticket for entries and departures to the Dominican Republic. The electronic filing will not be mandatory until 1 April 2021. The DGM is working to prepare for the registration and online filing of the migration and health information to enter and depart the country. The plan is that the online filing will replace all physical forms.
“Until 31 March 2021, the two forms of filling out information will be allowed: the current one through physical forms, and the new digital form,” says the DGM’s press release.
