The National Drug Control Agency (DNCD) reports confiscating 19 kilos of cocaine in two vehicles that would be shipped from Haina Port to Hong Kong. The DNCD also reports the confiscation of 210 packages of cocaine camouflaged in cacao bags for expert to Belgium at Caucedo Port.
