Members of the traffic police arrested ten men and four women, confiscated 14 motorcycles and even a Honda Civic in a sweep of illegal motorcycle racing along the Sosua-Cabarete highway in Puerto Plata. The spectators and the racers were violating the curfew and quarantine protocols imposed by the government.
