Trade with Commonwealth nations reaches US$1.91 billion

Dominican exports to Commonwealth countries were US$913 million, while imports were US$1,003 million, said Fernando González Nicolás, speaking on the Global Commonwealth Day that takes place on the second Monday of March each year.

During the activity, he read a message from Queen Elizabeth II. Also participating was Roberto Herrera, vice president of the Commonwealth in the Dominican Republic; Canadian Ambassador Christine Laberge and Angie Martinez, Dominican ambassador to Jamaica, among other diplomats.
