President Luis Abinader issued Decree 180-21 that rotates the National Treasury and the Comptroller General Office directors. He appointed Luis Rafael Delgado Sánchez the new National Treasurer. Catalino Correa Hiciano was named the General Comptroller. They replace each other.
The Presidency also named Social Christian Reformist Party (PRSC) acting president, Eddy Alcántara Castillo the new director of the National Institute for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Pro Consumidor) in Decree 176-21.
