If your Covid-19 vaccination card says your second dose is due on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday of Easter Week, call before going. Some centers will be closed for the Easter holidays, while others will remain open. The Ministry of Public Health has issued a long list with the centers’ names and the telephone numbers.
In the National District, the vaccination points operating at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and at the Pontificia Universidad Autónoma Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) are working until Wednesday, 31 March 2021, applying the second dose of the Sinovac vaccine. As reported, the UASD will close and reopen next Monday, 5 April.
As reported, the inoculation center at the top of the parking lot of Plaza Lama on 27 de Febrero Avenue also announced it would only work until Thursday, 1 April and then resume on Monday.
The Ministry of Public Health has said that 780 innoculation stations would operate from Wednesday through Sunday to give continuity to the plan.
