Hollywood star Jennifer Lopez has spent months in the Dominican Republic for the filming of “Shotgun Wedding,” a romantic comedy also starring Josh Duhamel and Lenny Kravitz. The film has a happy ending.
Sadly, though, in real life, during the filming of “Shotgun Wedding,” JLo reported ending her relationship with baseball great Alex Rodriguez.
Nevertheless, the Dominican Republic has been a big winner from her stay. JLo has been streaming a series of photos and videos that have served as great tourism promotion for the country when it is most needed. Lopez has been giving her fans a peek into work with her costars and her downtime. Major media have picked up the photos placed on her social media platforms around the world.
Shotgun Wedding is a production by Lopez and Ryan Reynolds. The story is about a couple that is bringing their families together for a destination wedding. But the dream ceremony starts to fall apart when they get cold feet once they arrive at the location. Then, the pair are soon forced to come together to rescue their families from a dangerous hostage situation.
