The Superintendence of Pensions says 1,740,814 people are registered as contributors to the pension funds. The number increased by 88,590 in April. The total of the fund is RD$864.05 billion. Since the start of the system, 4,375,812 have been affiliated.
The Pension Fund administration says the funds have a yield of 11.19% in April, up from 10.26% in January.
