Dominicans mourn the passing of celebrated actress Delta Soto, one of the leading cultural activists and theater promoters in the country. She died at 83-years of Covid-19. She is a co-founder of Nuevo Teatro drama group with Rafael Villalona and being part of the founding of Casa de Teatro with Freddy Ginebra.
