The executive director of the National Emergency System 9-1-1, Brigade General Vicente Mota Medina announced the expansion this month of the video surveillance system to four provinces in the northwest: Montecristi, Valverde, Santiago Rodríguez and Dajabón.
Brigade General Mota Medina said that at present, the staff for the operation of 911 in the provinces is being hired and trained.
