
The Fourth Court of Instruction of the National District accepted an objection submitted by lawyer Guido Gómez Mazara against the filing of the investigation against the economist Andrés (Andy) Dauhajre, who is implicated in the US$92 million Odebrecht bribes scandal.
Gómez Mazara said judge Solange Vásquez revoked the file ordered when Jean Alain Rodríguez was the attorney general.
