
Those aspiring to be elected judges of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) have until 21 June 2021 to register for the assessment hearings. The applications are being received from 28 May to 21 June.
The announcement was made after the first session of the National Council of the Magistracy took place on Wednesday, 26 May 2021 and the election process of the new judges for the court was begun.
Magistrate Nancy Salcedo Fernandez, judge of the Supreme Court of Justice and secretary of the CNM, explains aspirants must deposit their documentation at the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) from 7:30am to 4pm. The general application form is available on the CNM website.
Those interested in participating must comply with the requirements set forth in Law 29-11 Organic Law of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
