Alfredo Pacheco, president of the Chamber of Deputies, announced the Chamber would be closed for the remainder of this week. He said only 25% of the staff would remain in their positions. The Chamber of Deputies carried out a PCR testing campaign that increased the numbers of those testing positive to around 100 persons. The number includes around 20 legislators.
