The case of a policeman who arrested two men for kissing in a vehicle was the trending topic on 1 and 2 June 2021. When asked what was the charge for which they were being detained, the policeman told the men that even the Bible says what they were doing is incorrect. The policeman lectured the men saying that they could not do so in a public road. The policeman said the men were making an exhibitionist act.
The National Police issued a statement saying the case would be investigated and that it does not allow discrimination.
