Lieutenant Colonel Ana Jiménez Cruceta is the new spokesperson for the National Police. She is the first woman to hold the position of irector of Strategic Communications of the Police.
Born in Cotuí, Sanchez Ramírez province, Jiménez Cruceta entered the Police Academy in 2003 and graduated in 2007. Jimenez Cruceta entered the Cadet Academy in 2003. She graduated in 2007 with a degree in Police Sciences.
She also is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (Unphu) Law School. She is also a medical doctor from the Universidad Católica Nordestana in San Francisco de Macorís. She has carried out dozens of courses over her more than 15 years in the Police force.
