A car wash employee apparently went for a joy ride with a car entrusted to his care. But, unfortunately, he would run over Marilitza (Kika) Villar, the widow of the former El Seibo fireman chief, Carlos Valera Castillo, on Av. Manuela Diez Jimenez and then crash the Grand Cherokee SUV into a light post. The happening occurred in the southeastern city of El Seibo.
