TV journalist Jessica Hasbun presents “Quisqueyanos Valientes,” a four-part series on the little known struggles of Dominican athletes competing in the Tokyo Olympics. The documentaries are airing since Sunday, 27 June 2021 on Colorvision, Channel 9 from 5:30pm to 7pm as a warm-up to the Tokyo Olympics. They tell the incredible stories of what these Dominican athletes have had to do to overcome obstacles and be world-class athletes without the support system of most world-class athletes.
And, starting this Sunday, 4 July, Telesistema, Channel 11 presents The Voice Dominicana. The local version of the leading reality show will air 8 to 10pm on Sundays. The coaches are: Milly Quezada, Nacho, Musicólogo “El Libro” and Juan Magán and the hosts Jhoel López and Luz García.
