President Luis Abinader named Carlos Alberto Bonilla Sánchez the first Minister of Housing, Habitat and Buildings (Mivhed). The new ministry consolidates the former Office of Supervisory Works of the Presidency (Oisoe) and the National Housing Institute (Invi).
