It is time to dry the clothes in the sun and dry out home furniture affected by flooding. It is time to improve roofing and other preventive measures to prepare for bad weather in September. History shows September is the real peak for hurricane weather in the Dominican Republic.
The skies are not as blue as all would like. Passing Sahara dust is still bringing haze to Dominican skies.
