One of the longest employed tourism deputy ministers of all times, Radhames Martinez Aponte died on Sunday, 22 August 2021.. He died from coronary illness.
For decades he had served as the Technical Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Tourism and was regarded as one of the most knowledgeable of laws and practices in the sector.
