Not to be missed: the 29th National Visual Arts Biennial

The 29th National Visual Arts Biennial now open at the Museum of Modern Art continues to attract thousands of art-loving fans. The exhibitions are free for all audiences.

The exhibits have been described as controversial, a protest, aggressive, diverse, infantile, colorful and representative of Dominican contemporary art.

The exhibits are open 10am to 6pm at the Museum of Modern Art located in the Plaza de la Cultura at Av. Maximo Gomez in the capital city. The museum is closed on Mondays.

The Biennial is dedicated to long-standing artist Orlando Menicucci. There is a special guest exhibition of provocative contemporary artist Jose García Cordero.
