American rapper Cardi B (Belcalis Almanzar) celebrated receiving a 8,000 square meter, six-bedroom villa in northeastern beach destination, Las Terrenas, Samana for her birthday. The villa would have cost US$1.5 million.
Cardi B (nickednamed for Bacardi rum) is the New York-born daughter of a Trinidadian mother and a Dominican father. She grew up in New York where she spent much time in Washington Heights, the legendary Dominican neighborhood. She is an internet celebrity through Instagram.
Now, the media has been sharing the news that she may be traveling frequently to the Dominican Republic to enjoy her beach home.
