
The Vice President of El Salvador Félix Ulloa Jr. is scheduled to tour the National Institute of Technical Professional Training (Infotep) facilities. Infotep director Rafael Santos Badía and Dominican ambassador to El Salvador Julio Cesar George hosted the Vice President.
As reported, the office of the Vice-Presidency of El Salvador is focused on the Trifinio Plan, a three-country program underway with Guatemala and Honduras, through which it seeks to implement the social development with a focus on gender and youth.
Félix Ulloa Jr. is a committed promoter of human rights with extensive experience in the electoral area. He was a judge of the first Supreme Electoral Tribunal of El Salvador and has participated in electoral observation and assistance missions in more than 20 countries around the world. In addition, he has experience as a consultant in projects related to elections, political parties and democracy for the United Nations, the Electoral Advisory and Promotion Center of the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, the Carter Center, among others.
He has been a professor of Political Science at the School of Law and the Doctorate in Social Sciences at the School of Humanities of the Universidad del Salvador.
Ulloa has an extensive experience in the union movement as leader of the Union of Workers of the Salvadoran Institute of Social Security (Sindicato de Trabajadores del Instituto Salvadoreño del Seguro Social).
