Lawyer-turned-YouTuber, Rafael Antonio Guerrero Mendez says he is preparing to answer in court the defamation lawsuit filed against him by former Police chief Rafael Guillermo Guzman Fermín. He said that the former Police director will have to prove the millionaire assets he owns and the crimes attributed to him by drug capos César Emilio Peralta (César el Abusador) and Ramón Antonio del Rosario Puente (Toño Leña).
Guzmán Fermín is placing the defamation lawsuit after Guerrero Méndez aired a program with incriminating information on his “Corrupción al Desnudo” YouTube channel.” The former Police chief accuses Guerrero Mendez of violating Art. 21 of the High Tech Crimes Law 53-07.
Previously, Guerrero Mendez had already been accused of defamation in a legal suit presented by the former president of the National Drug Control Agency (DNCD), Rolando Rosado Mateo after revelations were made on a Corrupción al Desnudo program.
Guerrero Mendez declared that Guzmán Fermín will have to demonstrate in court how he obtained three apartments in the Torre Atiemar, owned by sentenced drug trafficker Arturo del Tiempo.
Guerrero Mendez says that Rosado Mateo also has an apartment in the same Atiemar Tower, and “both took care of Arturo del Tiempo.”
He maintained that Toño Leña and César el Abusador will be his witnesses and he will request that they be called to testify in court against Guzmán Fermín and Rosado Mateo. “These drug traffickers accuse them of more than a dozen deaths to knock down drug shipments,” he said.
Both Toño Leña and César el Abusador are under arrest in Puerto Rico where they are said to be collaborating with the authorities in the ongoing US federal court hearings on drug trafficking charges.
He said that the dead include six young people killed in Bayahibe and two killed in a burned apartment. He assured that Guzmán Fermín and Rosado Mateo will have to give many explanations country about murders and crimes committed to launder drug shipments.
