Is your credit card rating good? Then you may be constantly bombarded with offers for new credit cards and bank services. Now the Superintendence of Banks says it has issued Circular 004/22 whereby users have the right to reject the calls from the banks and be removed from their marketing call lists. The banks are given 90 days to instate mechanisms so citizens can reject being subject to the cold calling by the banks.

The banks have the rights to market their products and services, but users also have right to privacy, says Superintendent of Banks Alejandro Fernandez in the press release on the notification to the banks.
