
The Ministry of Foreign Relations says some 10 Dominicans (seven adults and three minors) have been evacuated from Ukraine. The Dominicans received special permits for travel to Poland, Moldova and Slovakia.
The agency affirmed that efforts continue through the Dominican embassy in Germany to protect and manage the evacuation of another 10 Dominicans, 9 adults, and one minor still in Ukraine.
On Tuesday, 1 March 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Relations reported that the first 4 of the 20 Dominican nationals had arrived to Poland.
