The United States’ Under-20 Women’s Youth National Team defeated Dominican Republic 7-0 to finish atop Group E at the Concacaf Women’s U-20 Championship. The competition was held at the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo on Tuesday, 1 March 2022. The United States team takes the top position as the tournament continues, but the Dominican Republic will also continue in the Round of 16.
The USA wins the group with the full nine points from three matches while Puerto Rico was runner-up with six points and the Dominican Republic took the final knockout round berth with three points. Nicaragua was the only team to not advance from Group E, losing all three matches.
