Illegal Cuban immigrants, who had entered Haiti and were on their way to Santiago, were arrested over the weekend. They had passed several points undetected until one asked a question in Cuban lingo that resulted in the group’s arrest.
Listin Diario reported on the incident and headlined that the “Oye, chico” expression messed up what would have been a perfect entry.
