The Ministry of Environment has said it is working on ways to better combat sound contamination in the country. In the meantime, Diario Libre published a news story listing the options people today have to denounce loud noise. Dominican neighborhoods are mixed, with many businesses allowed to locate. Several of these are known to blast loud music, affecting the well-being of the community.
