The Ministry of Superior Education reported that more than 8,000 people registered on the first day on the Ministry website to apply for one of 2,000 international scholarships sponsored by the government for 2022-2023. Applications are open through 31 March.
As reported, there are 490 scholarship offers for bachelor’s degrees, specialties, master’s degrees and doctorates. Tourism, business and health are the areas of specialization with the most international scholarship opportunities.
The scholarships are from universities in Germany, Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, Cuba, Spain, United States, France, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Russia and Switzerland.
