President Luis Abinader attended the formal inauguration of the Vistas Golf Country Club. The residential and touristic project built besides the Santo Domingo Bypass (Av. Km 7 Avenida Circunvalación Santo Domingo). The residential and recreational development is a development by the Grupo Malespín.
Vistas Golf Country Club is a good option for tourists and residents who love to play golf when in Santo Domingo. Spokesperson for the project, Marcos Malespín says the golf course and country club services are available to guests staying at capital city hotels.
Famous Australian champion golfer Greg Norman designed the 18-hole Vista Golf Course to PGA standards. Malespin stressed that golf-loving tourists would no longer have to travel many kilometers east to play a quality golf course thanks to this project.
The designer planted Bermuda Latitude 36 grass (fairways) and Bermuda Tiff Eagle (greens). The Learning Center has the only Putting Lab in the country, a Driving Range and a Short Game Practice Area.
Grupo Malespin is a major government public works contractor.
