Dominican romance novelist Adriana Herrera’s new novel, “A Caribbean Heiress in Paris” is getting media coverage. The historical romance develops around the participation of a Dominican woman, Luz Alana Heith-Benzan in the 1889 World’s Fair in Paris and the developing romance after she meets Scottish duke, James Evanston Sinclair.
