Diario Libre tells the story of fashion designer Giannina Azar and how she got to dress some of the leading stars of these times.
In the Diario Libre interview, Azar explains that nothing happened by chance. The woman who has created more than 60 collections in her 45-year fashion designer career developed a collection for the stars and presented it at the 2017 Dominicana Moda, the Dominican Fashion Week. The stars collection, “Too Much,” had 89 jewel-studded gowns. Her challenge was to create fashion that showed off bodies with elegance. Thalía was the first to call, followed by Jennifer López, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Natti Natasha, and recently Beyoncé.
