The Ministry of Youth in combination with the Japanese Embassy has announced this year’s program of scholarships to study in Japan. This is part of the International Exchange for the Development of Youth, sponsored by the government of Japan.
There are eight scholarships available, and applications will be accepted until 23 September 2022. This year’s candidates will specialize in disaster relief efforts, and they will join students from Maxico in the program. Candidates must be between 18 and 32, know English, and should be motivated or have some experience in the area.
Once in Japan, the scholarship students will go to regional offices and study disaster relief techniques, exchange experiences, and participate in discussions regarding the topic.
