The Reinas del Caribe, the Dominican senior women’s volleyball team, bested Cuba 25-19, 25-17 and 25-18 in the Norceca Final Six Volleyball Pan American Cup underway at the Palacio del Voleibol Ricardo Gioriver Arias in the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center.
In the same tournament, the United States defeated Mexico (3-0) and Puerto Rico defeated Canada (3-0).
The series continues on Monday, 5 September 2022 with games at 3pm with Cuba vs Canada, followed by the US vs Puerto Rico at 5pm and the DR vs Mexico at 7pm.
