Dominican Air Force (FAD) Colonel Floreal Suarez Martinez is the new director of the Specialized Airport and Civil Aviation Security Corps (CESAC). He replaces Major General Carlos Febrillet Rodriguez, who was promoted to Commander General of the Dominican Republic Air Force (FARD) on 16 August 2022.
Previously, Colonel Floreal Suarez Martinez was the director of the Intelligence Department (A-2), of the Dominican Republic Air Force.
