Looking to help victims of Hurricane Fiona in the DR? Orphanages in DR need your help

American Charles Decker was the global head of Advertising and Marketing for Warner Bros before he purchased a home in Casa de Campo in La Romana and got active serving as a link to send aid from abroad, mainly the United States, to needed children in the Dominican Republic. Over the years, he has built up a local reputation for ensuring the donations made to his Charles Decker Foundation go to the children in orphanages from Montecristi to La Romana. He now reaches out again, this time to help the victims of Hurricane Fiona.

He says the Niños de Cristo orphanage in La Romana has suffered badly from Hurricane Fiona and is needy for urgent contributions. He explains that many hundreds of children have passed thru Niiños de Cristo since his first visit in 2006. He says there are many many wonderful stories: doctors, dentists, school teachers, models, a world famous artist and a member of the national volleyball team.

The IRS classifies the Decker Foundation as a 501 C3 so all contributions are tax deductible.

The general manager of the Charles Decker Foundation in the DR lives in La Romana. She is available for visits to Ninos de Cristo.
