Club Atletico Pantoja defeated Atletico Vega Real 4-1 on Sunday, 2 October 2022 at the Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo. The Santo Domingo team won the right to play the finals against Cibao Football Club that had defeated Moca Football Club 2-1 on Saturday, 1 October. The finals will take played on Saturday, 8 October in Santiago and Saturday, 15 October in the Felix Sanchez Olympic Center.
