The Supreme Court of Justice announced that the digital era has arrived for Dominican judiciary processes. The president of the Supreme Court of Justice Luis Henry Molina Peña announced that the Judicial Branch has published the ruling to apply Digital Media Use for Judicial Procedures Law 339-22. The ruling is effective as of Saturday, 22 October 2022.
