Judge Lissa Veras Rivas ordered 60-year old Newton Perez Feliz serve three months custody in Victoria Jail. He is accused of the death of 29-year old Joel Raphael Cabrera Espino who died when a large rock thrown by Perez Feliz from an above pedestrian bridge over the Avenue 27 de Febrero with Máximo Gómez Avenue crashed his car window, killing the victim almost instantly.
