The ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) majority Chamber of Deputies passed the Land Use Bill that would regulate the construction of residences in farm land and other matters. The bill has stagnated for more than a decade in Congress. The bill was sent to the Senate for passing. The PRM is also the majority in the Senate.
