National Police’s investigators (Dicrim) arrested the alleged killer of a mother and her 10-year old daughter in the Barrio Kennedy in East Santo Domingo. The corpses of the two Haitian females were found at a construction site in the el Almirante sector. A 41-year old man, named Luis Ricardo Suazo (Riky) was arrested and charged on Saturday. He is the main suspect in the horrendous crime.
