
APEC University in Santo Domingo launched its Master’s Degree in Management and Innovation of Sustainable Tourism Destinations. The academic program seeks to train master’s degree students in high-level management competencies focused on the tourism industry, announced Enrique Leonides Pacheco Martínez, director of the School of Tourism.
He pointed out that the program will provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in designing tourism products and services, oriented to sustainable destinations, improving their capacity for analysis, innovation, research and strategic management of tourism destinations.
Yahir Asjana Mercedes, professor of the School of Tourism, says the Master’s Degree in Management and Innovation of Sustainable Tourism Destinations will be available for the May-August 2023 term. It has six semesters, 49 credits and 16 subjects.
