Local media reports on details on the modus operandi of military and accomplices in the smuggling of undocumented Haitians. The participation of the military in the smuggling has constantly been denounced but this month is the first time that prosecutors crack down and present concrete evidence of the participation of the Army members.
The Army has not issued a statement on the case in process.
