The National Institute of Transit and Ground Transportation (Intrant) says people living and working in the areas of Bella Vista, La Julia, Mata Hambre, Centro de los Heroes, Villa María, Zona Universitaria, Gazue, Colonial City, Ciudad Nueva and Sans Souci should make previsions for delays because of the impact of the 28th Ibero-American Summit taking place 23-25 March 2023 in the capital city.
Intrant recommends taking alternate routes such as the José Contreras, Correa y Cidrón, Simon Bolívar, México and Mella avenues for those who need to commute to these areas. Intrant has presented an alternate route map.
