
The fourth edition of the Women’s Volleyball Nations League (VNL) is underway with the top 16 teams fighting to get into the final round. Only eight teams will make it to Arlington, Texas (United States) for the final round from 12 to 16 July.
As the teams move on to the third round, the Dominican Republic women’s volleyball team (ranked 10th in the world by FIVB) is in 11th place of 16 teams.

Japan defeats DR 3-1: 25-23, 25-18, 22-25, 25-15
1 June:
DR defeats Bulgaria 2-3: 25-22, 16-25, 25-16, 14-25, 11-15
2 June:
DR defeats Netherlands 3-2: 25-18, 22-25, 25-18, 21-25, 15-11
Brazil defeats DR 3-1: 27-25, 20-25, 25-21, 27-25
13 June:
Poland defeats DR 3-1: 23-25, 28-30, 25-23, 17-25
15 June:
Italy defeats DR 3-2: 16-25, 25-16, 25-21, 22-25, 10-15
17 June:
DR defeats Canada 3-2: 22-25, 25-13, 25-17, 23-25, 15-10
18 June:
Turkey defeats DR 3-1: 23-25, 19-25, 25-23, 20-25
The DR travels to Korea to play Germany (ranked 12th) on 27 June and Korea (ranked 27th) on 29 June, and China (ranked 3rd) and Serbia (ranked 5th) on 30 June.
The tournament ranking is: Poland, United States, Turkey, China, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Italy, Serbia, Canada, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Thailand, Croatia, Bulgaria, Korea.
